ZBTB16

Zinc finger and BTB domain containing 16 (ZBTB16) is a gene that encodes a protein that functions as a zinc finger transcription factor involved in cell cycle progression. The protein also interacts with a histone deactylase. Fusions and missense mutations are observed in cancers such as central nervous system cancer, intestinal cancer, and skin cancer.
