Genes

TTL

Tubulin tyrosine ligase (TTL) is a gene that encodes a protein that catalyzes the post-translation addition of tyrosine to detyrosinated alpha-tubulin at the C-terminal end. Fusions, missense mutations, and nonsense mutations are observed in cancers such as breast cancer, intestinal cancer, and ovarian cancer.
