PNP

Purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) is a gene that encodes an enzymatic protein that functions in the reverse catalysis of the phosphorolysis of purine nucleosides. Missense mutations, nonsense mutations, silent mutations, frameshift deletions, and in-frame deletions are observed in cancers such as intestinal cancer, skin cancer, and stomach cancer.
