GATA6

GATA binding protein 6 (GATA6) is a gene that encodes a zinc finger transcription factor that functions in the regulation of cellular differentiation and organogenesis. Missense mutations, synonymous mutations, nonsense mutations, inframe deletions, frameshift insertions, frameshift deletions, and complex mutations are observed in cancers such as peritoneal cancer, colon cancer, and urinary tract cancer.
