FCGR2B

Fc fragment of IgG, low affinity IIb, receptor (CD32) (FCGR2B) is a gene that encodes a protein that functions as a low affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin complexes. The protein plays a role in phagocytosis of immune complexes and regulation of antibody production by B-cells. Fusions mutations are observed in this gene.
