F-box protein 11 (FBXO11) is a gene that encodes a protein that belongs to the F-box protein family. This protein is a member of an ubiquitin protein ligase complex that plays a role in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination. This particular protein is also an arginine methyltransferase. Missense mutations, nonsense mutations, silent mutations, whole gene deletions, nonstop extensions, and frameshift deletions and insertions are observed in cancers such as intestinal cancer, skin cancer, and stomach cancer.
